Job Description

As the Customer Service Representative, you provide customers with an exceptional experience via multiple contact channels including but not limited to, E-mail, Live-chat and Telephone calls. You are responsible for ensuring that quality and productivity key performance indicators (KPI’s) are achieved in line with current business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

You have a proactive approach to personal development as you maintain up to date knowledge of the product offerings of William Hill Australia’s brands including:

  • Racing and Sports betting products
  • Terms and conditions applicable to respective brands
  • Site navigation

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Take ownership of each client issue through to resolution
  • Attempt to resolve each client’s query at first point of contact
  • Be logged in and ready to handle enquiries
  • Achieve average speed of answer targets for each contact channel
  • Provide feedback to the team leader in relation to outages and incidents in relation to the product offering in real-time
  • Be a customer champion challenging existing process / systems that stand in the way of driving customer delight, by placing the customer at the heart of everything we do

You will demonstrate the following:

  • Strong literacy, verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Computer literacy, use of Microsoft office suite
  • Prior experience using CRM and telephony systems
  • Basic level of wagering knowledge in both Sports and Race trading rules and regulations
  • Have availability to work weekends and public holidays
  • Eager to learn
  • Can do attitude
  • Qualified by experience
