Reporting to the Area Manager
Welshpool- 7 days on, 7 days off, 7 nights on, 7 nights off, 12 hour days

Principle accountabilities of the position:
To promote and maintain a safe and clean working environment that complies with the Workplace Health and Safety Act.
Ensure all Company safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to and that all incidents/ accidents are reported on intranet.
Ensure all company policies and procedures, including quality assurance, contamination control, are promoted and adhered to.
Promote high involvement teams for employee development and involvement in the daily operations.
Monitor each job to ensure it meets the customers’ expectations. Carry out final inspection on completion of all tasks
Assist with implementing and communicating schedules for manpower, rosters, training, capital expenditure budgets and KPI’s.
Maintain 5 star rating for contamination control and provide continuous improvement
Ensure all section tooling is in safe working condition and calibration is up to date.
Trade Certificate with a minimum of 2 years post trade experience
Demonstrated leadership experience
Intermediate computer literacy skills including MS Office Suite
Advanced communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage fluctuating workloads and prioritise accordingly
Highly developed attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sound customer relationship building skills
Dedicated commitment to Safety & Quality Assurance
Advanced diagnostic skills
Ability to solve practical problems
Understanding and experience with Caterpillar electronic software & tooling
