Your role

This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career with the Automotive Finance division of St George. This is a key role within our group and will allow you to join one of the Bank’s fastest growing and successful teams and play an important role in its long-term growth and direction.

The main objective of this role is to provide a high level of customer service in the assessment of credit applications submitted via a network of introducers. You’ll provide timely and efficient processing of new submissions and be involved in deal decision by effectively negotiating with our Introducers. You’ll also assist with retail customer enquiries to ensure customer retention is maximised.

You’ll be considered a valued team member and contribute to the success of the Queensland Automotive team to ensure that it is a positive, rewarding and enjoyable place to work. A sound knowledge of all St George systems and processes or an ability to pick up quickly will allow you to add value to this role quickly.

What you need to succeed

You will need to have strong Customer Service Focus, interpersonal communication skills, be ambitious and have a positive attitude to business. Knowledge of consumer lending or personal loan credit assessment and documentation would be required to ensure you succeed in this position.
