About the role

Right now we’re on the lookout for a Depot Ramp Hand to support our Operations Team at our Geraldton Depot. You will work in a small busy team to help the achievement of production targets safely and efficiently. If you are someone who values safety, accountability, teamwork, improvement and integrity we would like to hear from you! Previous experience is not necessary; you will be provided all the necessary training to complete the job safely.

This role is a manual labour role therefore the successful candidate must also be able to complete physical tasks. The role will include:

  • Ensuring safety remains priority number one.
  • Load and unload gas cylinders in a range of weights from cages and vehicles both manually and with lifting aids.
  • Prepare gas cylinders to include machine washing, scraping, painting, stickering and plugging.
  • Safely fill cylinders with LP Gas.
  • Test cylinders against Australian Standards, deeming them safe for reuse or condemnable.

  • A high attention to detail, a good work ethic and commitment.
  • Basic written and numerical skills.
  • The ability to work and be a part of a positive team or unsupervised.
