They provide engineering, architecture, environmental and construction services to private and public sector clients.An excellent opportunity has arisen to secure a permanent part-time role from 1pm – 5.30 Monday to Friday for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator initially commencing as a temporary with a view to permanent.As the first point of the contact for the organisation you will become an integral member of the team, be the face of the company and support the broader team with administrative and ad hoc tasks.The Duties : First point of contact for – greeting clients/visitorsSwitchboard operation and management of enquiriesEstablishment of effective reception processesManagement of security and access passesAdministrative tasks including word processing, data entryAd hoc support to the wider administrative and marketing teamsMeeting room managementFacility arrangement and catering requirements The Person : You are a professional Receptionist/Administrator, well presented with a high level of communication and written skills. You will have the ability to work both independently and with limited supervision and as part of a team.
