About the job

The new UniSA Online unit has an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer contact centre sales leader to provide management and guidance to a team of Degree Advisers responsible for recruiting new students, and converting these enquiries about our degrees into applications and admissions. As the Team Leader you will play a key role in driving student recruitment for UniSA Online, defining high customer service standards, developing and implementing training programs for new staff, and identifying process improvement opportunities.

Skills and Experience

You will have tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline paired with team leadership experience within a sales environment in a complex service delivery position (preferably from a central customer contact/call centre). Your proven experience in motivating and supervising staff in a constantly changing environment, high-level interpersonal skills and the ability to successfully provide advice, develop recommendations and influence senior stakeholders will ensure your success in the role.
