About the job
As the Manager Strategy and Services, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of organisational strategies to enhance the reputation, growth, capacity, and service performance of the UniSA Business School . You will analyse systems, structures and performance, as well as lead and contribute to strategic initiatives for growth, innovation, efficiency and quality.
You will also provide high level strategic, confidential support to the Pro Vice Chancellor (Business and Law) and you work with the Executive team to ensure organisational structures, quality frameworks and processes are in place to support continuous improvement and exceptional service delivery.
Skills and Experience
To be successful, you will hold tertiary qualifications and bring high-level experience in developing, implementing and improving policies, procedures, structures and systems that deliver exceptional value to end-users in education or other high level, knowledge-intensive service industry.
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to demonstrate effective leadership are also essential, together with a commitment to understanding strategic opportunities and business needs. Your ability to successfully project manage from inception to delivery is also essential.
