Senior CRM Specialist – Marketing Automation (Secondment – 12 months)

Reporting to the GM of Business CRM, this role will be instrumental in supporting the development and execution of new contact programs/campaigns to Small Business, Mid-market and GES customers, via addressable digital marketing channels. A key the focus being on Email & Mobile channels to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As an integral part of the Marketing CRM Business team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring best practice execution of 1:1 campaigns is adopted across the business, with a specific focus on email and mobile marketing via Eloqua. On any given day you could be managing campaign integration with digital channels – email, display search, web, video and mobile to drive effective collaboration with Telstra Business and channel teams. Ultimately you will turn prospects & customers into marketing qualified leads which should then translate into improved sales conversion rates.

- Located in Melbourne or Sydney
- Fixed term position – 12 months
WHO WE LOOK FOR
Ideally you’ll have:
- CRM system experience with Eloqua or other major marketing automation platforms (highly regarded)
- Direct Marketing experience via both traditional and digital channel essential
- A high degree of understanding of direct and indirect sales channels, including Account Management
- An ability to drive best practice, hold stakeholders to account and build processes which govern and support 1:1 Marketing
