TECHNICAL OFFICER – BUILDING MAINTENANCE
- Salary: $69,368 – $81,558 PA
- Permanent Full time
The City of Wanneroo is seeking a highly motivated, energetic individual to join our Building Maintenance team. The position requires you to perform a significant role in efficiently and effectively developing and implementing the City’s building services contracts and maintenance programs such as air conditioning, access control and minor building works to ensure assets are maintained in accordance with current best practice.
You must have highly developed organisational and communications skills and proven experience applicable to a broad range of building maintenance and facility management works.
This position offers the opportunity to work on the sustainable maintenance of the City’s buildings portfolio in a dynamic and diverse environment.
