Is this role for you?
Reporting into the IT Customer Relations Team Lead, the IT Business Partner (ITBP) for Enterprise Asset Management is a critical element of the IT functional support model.

The role has the overall responsibility to serve as the operational and strategic interface with assigned business units or functional areas for the purpose of relationship management, process improvement, service management, solution discovery, business technology strategy development and risk management.

The ITBP will be seen as a ‘trusted advisor’, and be the primary IT point of contact to the business units, promoting IT services and capabilities. They will strive to understand market challenges, including priorities and competitive issues.

Can you deliver?

To be successful in this role, you will have substantial relationship management experience, ideally have worked in a large safety focused business, and be adaptable and embracing for ever-changing situations. You need to possess great communication skills, and have a real dedication and drive to get the job done. A continual improvement focus and business excellence tilt is essential.

  • Proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and driven.
  • Experience in a SAP ERP environment.
  • Experience in leading significant business process and/or systems change initiatives with positive outcomes.
  • Strategic thinking and planning.
  • Operational execution excellence.
  • Nimble thinking to drive change that enables efficiencies and drives growth.
  • Team and collaboration orientation.
  • Problem solving.

Experience in interpreting technical data from a range of disciplines and then deliver that information in a way the customer can understand.

Good time management and organisational skills in order to prioritise workload and demands
