Under the general direction from the Manager and in accordance with functional requirements of the line area, facilitate the administrative and organisational requirements of the Neurosciences Complex Epilepsy Service at RPAH.

Advanced computer skills and familiarity with CERNER Scheduling, POWERCHART, PBRC Billing, WORD & EXCEL.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with a wide range of customers, general public, hospital staff and others both verbally and in writing
Medical terminology experience or certificate with previous experience in a hospital or medical environment
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and adapt to a constantly changing environment
Demonstrated ability to work in a team and individually
Demonstrated knowledge of hospital billing system
