The role of Business Enablement Partner is to lead key strategic projects across the Customer Platforms business function. This role brings a strong commercial focus to our product and platform offering and understands competitive advantage that a customer first strategy can bring.

The Business Enablement Partner works across all key strategic omni channel initiatives from new brand rollouts, new digital platforms, new customer engagement channels and traditional business optimisation.

The role ensures all programs align to our Customer strategy and tightly integrates key business delivery milestones. Important, the role reduces noise and create confidence around business change to our frontline channel teams that include Stores, Contact Centre, Digital and Intermediaries. This role will engage heavily and influence all aspects of our business to deliver on the Customer experience strategy. The role will execute a program of work focused on delivering best of breed products and services for the benefit of our external customers.

Some Key Accountabilities of the role are as follows:

  • Be the Delivery Leader of strategic omni channel programs across the group
  • Developing go-to-market strategies, minimum viable product roadmaps and deliverables for new business initiatives
  • Assess, lead and execute program delivery tasks such as including Change and Comms
  • Executing the Customer Experience value proposition across unified Omni-channel strategy
  • Consultation and execution of investment pipeline that enhance the Customer Experience
  • Supporting the delivery and execution of new and existing Business Initiatives across Customer Experience, Platform Optimisation, Bank and Wealth and Insurance
  • Providing business consultation on new product opportunities
  • Executing Customer proposition roadmap
  • Fostering a culture of innovation and early to market strategies through lean startup thinking
  • Promoting productive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of Group strategies and objectives
  • Effective senior stakeholder management that influences outcomes for our customers

To be successful in this role you should have:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or Technology (Mandatory)
  • MBA (desired)
  • Experience and a personal obsession with optimising and improving business processes
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Operational or functional experience within a banking and finance environment (desired)
  • Demonstrated understanding of business risk profiling and analysis
  • Demonstrated understanding of Agile and Lean (desired)
  • Understanding of go to market strategies and new business development processes
