As a Sales Professional within the residential business unit your role is to provide the perfect customer experience throughout the buying process; from lead to successful completion, ensuring your customers’ needs are met whilst delivering against your sales targets. Working at our Pallara estate in a small team some of your duties include:
• Achievement of sales targets against set budgets
• Contributing to marketing ideas to promote the project and reach our target audience
• Lead identification, management and conversion
• Building strong relationship with potential buyers, the wider community and all internal and external stakeholders, in particular our builder partners
• Contribute to the competitor information database
• Advising the business what product mix is sought from the market
• Work collaboratively in a wider team environment
You will relish the opportunity to represent one of our great community projects and with your previous experience in sales be motivated by hitting your targets whilst providing great customer outcomes. You will have property, building or land/ development experience, exceptional administration skills and hold a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License. You will also be able to demonstrate previous success in a sales role where your strong “closing technique” and objection handling skills have been utilized. Notably you will have a personality to which others warm to and trust.
A driving license and your own transport is required and you must be prepared to work weekends.
