About the role:
As one of our Call Centre Representatives you will be responsible for speaking on behalf of some of Australia’s biggest brands. The role is based in our call centre on Maroochydore in a rapidly-growing team. Your role will be fast-paced and dynamic, with the potential to receive monthly rewards for achieving targets.

We are recruiting for flexible part-time roles on a fixed term contract commencing April and May to November 2017.

To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to:
build a relationship with customers over the phone

work in a fast-paced environment with set targets and time frame

actively listen while also performing other tasks

competently use a computer

demonstrate outstanding customer service skill

work on a rotational roster Monday – Sunday from 6.00am – 12.00am

embrace flexibility in your hours of work, as hours will vary dependent on call volume – hours vary from 20 – 36 hours per week, 3 – 5 days per week
