The Dispute Resolution Services division is seeking an experienced Team Leader to supervise and manage an operation and transaction team that conducts and delivers dispute and assessment and review services in personal injury schemes.

The Dispute Resolution Services operates as a division within the State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA). SIRA is responsible for regulating workers compensation insurance, motor accidents compulsory third party (CTP) insurance and home building compensation insurance, in NSW.

This role is directly responsible for supervising and monitoring daily team activities and resources to ensure the delivery of quality customer outcomes in line with relevant legislation, guidelines and policies.
To be successful in this role you will have:

• demonstrated experience in managing and developing a team of people to achieve quality customer outcomes
• excellent communication skills and the ability to connect and collaborate with a range of diverse customers and stakeholders
• strong problem solving skills.
