Provide administrative support to the Operations division of Stanwell Power Station. Role is located on site on a 4 day week roster, Tuesday to Friday 36.25hours per week.

About the Role

Based on site at Stanwell Power Station, this position is responsible for providing efficient administrative support services to deliver the business outcomes required.

Key challenges of the role will include:

  • Administration and update of various business processes;

  • Work under tight deadlines to maintain a high level of service;
  • Work in a multi discipline team, where the emphasis is on team rather than individual performance;
  • Work in an autonomous team to deliver shared goals and outcomes;
  • Deliver a consistent high quality outcome in a challenging environment.
  • Actively strive to provide an accurate and timely service to stakeholders;
  • Ability to work through others to gain information

About You

As an experienced support officer you will have previously excelled in an Administration role through participating as a member of a large team to move toward the completion of collective goals, ideally within the heavy industry business environment.

Ideally you will be skilled in the following:

  • Preparing reports to a high standard suitable for a broad range of audiences, sourced from a wide range of business systems and presented on a consistent, accurate and timely basis.

  • Competent in the use of business systems including Movex, Mondelio, TRIM, PME & EARS
  • Using financial systems to monitor expenditure and budgets and provide information to key stakeholders.
  • Supporting training compliance by booking team resources for training in advance of expiry.
  • Maintaining accurate attendance and leave records of the team as well as administrative support in the arranging of meetings preparing and distributing minutes.
