Role available for ASAP Start for bright switched on Professional with good attitude, willing to further enhance existing skills – grow learn and further develop both Professionally and personally.

• MUST HAVE superior English communication skills (both verbally and written)

• Experience in “Product Returns” and “Transport/Logistics”very highly regarded

• Long Term Ongoing full time hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

• Top $$’s on offer for right person with experience to scope of this role

O BJECTIVE of this role: Manage execution of all incoming enquiries and Return Request Forms be it via telephone, fax, Internal Sales Portal and email ensuring that the requests abide by the company’s policy and procedures. Full Position Description available for shortlisted candidates

Overview, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• DOA / Faulty / Damaged Consumer Products

• Rejected Deliveries Consumer Productds

• Transport/Logistics

• Dispatching and receiving of stock

• Credit Support

• Internal and External Support

• State Related Issues

• Maintaining close relationships with Buyers

• Maintaining close relationships with Retailers/ASC and Customers

Experienced in “Product Returns” and “Transport/Logistics” very highly regarded

• Take ownership of this varied and very responsible role – accuracy and attention to detail paramount

• GERP system knowledge (ORACLE)

• Highly customer service orientated

• Superior verbal communication skills – good clear English speaking and written skills

• Proven telephone communications skills with the ability to obtain and relay detailed information

• Fast accurate Data Entry skills (Candidates will be skill tested)

• Sensible and assertive with strong organizational skills

• ADVANCED Word, Excel, Access and Windows XP skills – has worked with ORACLE • Developed decision making ability and logical thought processes • Ability to enter / process RA returns in a timely and accurate manner

• Keyboard competency and accuracy

• Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, sales and marketing skills

• Proven ability to work independently without supervision

• Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced changing environment
