    The role We are currently seeking a Team leader, Water Infrastructure to work closely with our other specialists in Sydney.

    With a minimum of 10+ years commercial experience this position will undertake a wide range of simple and complex Water Resources projects, and manage/report documentation for both private and public sector clients to support the ongoing activities of a leading multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy.

    With a track record of achievement in a similar role, you will have gained your experience in an engineering design consultancy and have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work.

    Key accpuntabilities

  • Provide input to the group business plan and implement the team’s components of the plan.
  • Achieve growth of the team through targeted client relationship management and business development activity.
  • Manage the commercial performance of the team.
  • Effective management and leadership of the team to ensure optimal performance, resourcing, retention and professional development.
  • Provide input to projects at a project management and/or review level to achieve reliable project performance in terms of both timeliness and quality.
  • Suitable applicants will have/be:

    • Minimum of 10+ years experience
    • Relevant tertiary qualification from an accredited college / university
    • Able to undertake travel (domestic and international).
