What are we looking for?

Our Service Desk Analysts are the first point of contact for SiteMinder’s valued customers and as such, is key to maintaining the SiteMinder brand with external customers.

They do this by providing Level 1 technical assistance and support in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure our customers achieve success.

In this role you will:

    • Provide software technical support for SiteMinder labelled products and services
    • Provide exceptional technical support alongside high levels of customer service using email and phone
    • Identify each customers support and configuration requirements, set the customer expectation and resolve the customers issues

You’ll need to be technical and have experience in:

    • Linux/HTML/XML/Operating Systems and web related products
    • Diagnosing and troubleshooting web browser and connectivity issues
    • Customer service with a great capacity for customer interaction and conflict resolution

What does success in this role look like? A successful Service Desk Analyst at SiteMinder is:

    • Passionate about providing high levels of customer service
    • Technically savvy, specifically around diagnosing and troubleshooting web browser and connectivity issues
    • Able to troubleshoot, analyse problems and reach a resolution
    • Able to multitask and operate across several computer platforms
    • Always demonstrating our values by Collaborating, Owning it, Doing it Better and making sure Everyone Counts
