Ensures that the department’s operational budget is in line and that all costs are strictly controlled.
Prepares an annual business plan, forecasts and marketing plan in conjunction with the Resident Manager and Vice President / General Manager.
Ensures the entire CHI Spa is up to corporate and hotel standards.
Creates an atmosphere in the Health Club where the guests are treated in a safe and inviting environment.
Manages current year spa sales and promotional activities and expenses within budget.
Maintains close contact with guests, receiving feedback regarding the operation of the spa and sports facilities.
Is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operation of the Spa including leisure facilities.
Conducts employee evaluations for all direct reports, to review existing performance and identify any areas for further development and improvement.
Experiences and skills required:
- Attended Health, Spa, Recreation and / or Hotel related courses in an International Educational facility. Internationally recognized qualifications (Cidesco, Itec, Babtec, or local equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years experience on salon management with financial responsibilities and management of more than 10 staff.
- International Experience in planning, development and opening a Spa facility
- Organizational leadership and interpersonal skills
