Australian Candidates Only: This position is located in Sydney, Australia, with the majority of work undertaken in the ServiceNow Sydney office. Only candidates currently residing in Australia and with the right to work in Australia will be considered.

The role and the team it supports:
The Office of the CISO at ServiceNow leverages its diverse security background and expertise to help enhance ServiceNow’s security and communicate ServiceNow’s security features to the world. The team works closely with other components in ServiceNow’s security organization as well as with the sales, legal, and product teams on security-related topics. Most importantly, the team works with prospects and customers to address questions related to the security of ServiceNow’s cloud-based service.
This team values integrity, quality, expertise, precision, communication, and efficiency and is looking for senior security professionals with broad security backgrounds and excellent communication skills.
As an intern supporting and working with this team, you will help ensure the ServiceNow Sales Team is supported in pre and post sales efforts, assisting the wider team with answering questionnaires, reviewing contracts, answering customer questions and conducting security calls. You will also assist the Field Security team in supporting the wider security team during Security Incidents and Investigations, working with internal teams to resolve security issues arising from investigations and incidents and conducting post mortems to ensure issues are properly remediated. You will also be exposed to the Security Operations, Compliance, and Application Security teams enabling a broad view of opportunities in the security field.
