Part Time : Banded 25-35 hours per week
Location : Mascot (Close to public transport)

Key responsibilities include:
This role will see you working in a fast paced environment ,answering a combination of Woolworth’s online order enquiries, order entry, product information, website and general Woolworths enquiries. Your objections handling skills and passion for helping customers will be the key to your success.

Essential Requirements:
A passion for customer service

6 months minimum contact centre or customer service experience

Confident at conversing with customers.

People who love to shop Online

Identify solutions for our customers that meets their needs

Strong objection handling skills

Monday – Friday 5am till 12am, Saturday 5am – 10.30pm and Sunday 5am – 10pm

Must have availability across operating hours

Be available to work rotating roster shift patterns,excellent opportunity for penalty rates available.
