Support Desk Agent
Assisting in a systems transition project for a well respected retail leader, this is a full time fixed term role in an easily accessible suburban location.
Our client, a leader in the retail industry, is currently seeking a Support Agent to ensure a smooth transition from an old operating system to a new system environment.
The role will require you to utilise logic, high level interpersonal and communication skills alongside your technical and analytical abilities.
Your working hours would be Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm in an easily accessible suburban location. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ensure all Store Management roles are aware of the transition and their expected roles as part of the transition. Organise online and hands on training for all Store Management roles. Escalate uncompleted tasks/training to Coles Support Office for follow up and reduce the risk of non-completion. Answer calls about the transition and resolve issues. Adhere to process for handling and management of all customer issues. Participate in training as required. Ensure a safe, healthy and sustainable workplace for all employees and contractors, report workplace hazards, and provide a safe and positive workplace. Complete all necessary training requirements and professional development opportunities. To be considered for this role you will have / be the following: Professionally presented with experience working directly with clients Proficient written and oral communication skills with proficient and accurate typing ability Ability to build relationships & work collaboratively with clients and organisational peers Excellent attention to detail Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative to find solutions, prioritise and exercise discretion Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively Maintains service quality under time pressures Commercial Aptitude 2 years plus experience in a customer service position or related industry (desirable) Current driver’s license to travel to various Salmat sites and client appointments Subject to business demands, additional hours may be required May be required to travel and work across various Salmat sites The role would be looking to commence on 26th April 2017 and run til 16/06/2017.
