The company is located in the heart of the CBD and are a premium outsource partner for a leading brand with an exceptional reputation.
Main responsibilities of this role includes:
Process All Related Documentation & Database Maintenance & Management
You will be part of a strong team answering inbound enquiries via phone, email, websites and live chat.
These enquiries will be mainly with existing clients regarding orders, deliveries, escalations, products and services.
There is an element of sales in this position in a consultative nature where you are helping and guiding your clients.
Additional to these duties there is low level tech support required.
You will be a well-organised candidate with a passion for excellence and customer service. Computer literacy and initiative is a must. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment then this is the role for you!
