This well-known IT company is looking for an experienced administrator who will be able to hit the ground running! This company is professional, successful and an excellent company to be a part of.
Your day to day duties will include:
Answering phone calls and assisting with general enquiries
Greeting all clients
Coordinate staff travel
Booking meeting rooms
Organising staff engagement events
Ordering catering and ensuring meeting rooms are set up appropriately for each function
Ordering stationary and ensuring all kitchen amenities are fully stocked
General Adhoc administration duties such as filing and photocopying
Manage the buildings maintenance
This role is well suited to an organised and experienced candidate who can take ownership of the role and showcase their administrative abilities and skills. The perfect candidate will be personable, passionate and carry themselves in a professional manner.
