My client is an established private developer with several different arms to the business that make them truly unlike any other development group in the world. Due to consistent growth they are currently looking to recruit an experienced PR and Marketing Manager to join the business and help put them on the map! Set in stunning new offices in which they personally developed you will get to work with an incredibly kind and talented bunch of individuals in a rapidly growing business.

The role:
A newly created position off the back of some exciting growth plans, stepping into this office you will work across 4 very different entities to manage all of the marketing, branding and public relations that will see you cement their name as industry leaders. No two days will be alike and your creative flair and strategic mind set are a must in this role. You will be responsible for but not limited to the following tasks;

Development and management of brand strategy across all entities

Social/Digital marketing strategy and content preparation

Manage media relationships, prepare press releases, chase editorial etc

Link all business arms together so brand is cohesive and has a clear message

Prepare content and guidelines for staff when speaking to the media

Arrange and attend events to launch projects, community/charity engagement

Work with creative agencies and manage supplier relationships

Manage marketing budgets, style guidelines and brand management

The ideal candidate:
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to be the best at what you do, your creative flair, media connections and ability to strategically link a brand together to take a strong message to the market will need to be evident. You will be a team player that is flexible to work across different business types with staff at all levels.

Coming from a brand management/PR/Marketing background, with digital marketing, content writing experience is essential and you will have worked in this space for a minimum 5 years ideally with experience in the property development space. Proven experience developing and implementing marketing strategies to deliver brand awareness and set KPI outcomes is essential.
