We are currently seeking a Part-Time Reception/Administrative assistant to work under the guidance of our Office Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone beginning their career in office administration. You will be responsible for providing general administrative services. Other key tasks for this varied role will include: * Telephony/Customer Service * Assisting with Client enquiries *General Office Administration * Data Entry *and more advanced responsibilities dependent on your willingness to achieve. To secure this role you will be required to display initiative, autonomy, willingness to learn, show excellent written and verbal communication skills. Intermediate to advanced skills using MS Office products is essential. Training will be provided for in-house software. If you are organised, enthusiastic and can provide a high level of customer service, this role is the next step for you. Great office hours starting at 25 hours per week (8am to 1:30pm Mon-Fri) this position has the potential for expansion down the track. Salary is negotiable based on experience.
