As our Office Administrator , you will be our main point of contact to greet customers, answer phones and be responsible for the day to day running of the office. You must have a professional, mature and friendly nature with good customer service focus, solid organisational skills and an intermediate knowledge of MS Office.

Your experience should include: -

  • Data entry, typing quotes, compiling purchase orders and invoices, maintaining job cards and registers,
  • Liaising with Insurance Companies and customers on status of repairs,
  • Collating and forwarding documentation to Head Office to be processed.

To be successful in this position you must be mature, reliable, proactive and have experience within the automotive industry.
