In this busy and dynamic kitchen you will work collaboratively with Senior chefs to produce enticing dishes showcasing regional and seasonal produce. You’ll bring formal qualifications to the role and experience working in large kitchens producing high volume dishes.
Your high standards, organisation and passion for working in a fast paced environment will ensure your section operates effectively and with stock minimisation and a clean work stations.
Never afraid to step out of your comfort zone, you rise to all challenges that come your way, impart your industry knowledge and contribute innovative menu ideas.
