Job Overview/Purpose: This role is to assist in performing a range of day to day tasks for Rural Lending/Deposits and Equipment Finance for the Rabobank Australia & New Zealand Group (RANZG). Ensuring that all input is carried out in an efficient and accurate manner, meeting all cut-off times whilst maintaining a high level of service to Internal and External Clients. The role also requires in-depth involvement in different payment channel such as: SWIFT,BPAY, RTGS, Direct Entry, Paper clearing.

Job Requirements  Deliver professional and quality service to Rabobank Group clients and staff  Payment processing for Rabobank clients whilst also meeting the Banks obligations under the industry regulations.  Perform transactions involving Rural Lending, Deposits and Equipment Finance products.  Meeting all cut-off times for transactions and turnaround times for maintenance as per Service Level Agreement with Country Banking.  Retail Deposit maintenance: maturity instructions processing and reinvestment.  Farm Management Deposit consolidation and deposit breaks.  Involved in process improvements.  Calculating loan and deposit payout figures to assist with settlement or account closure.  Reconciliation of Nostro account  Liaise with Branch network to ensure all client requirements are met.  Work with Compliance team and Senior Officers to help execute the integration of new / changes to payment regulatory requirements  A point of contact and a liaison between for various stakeholders including Front Office and Operations which may include assisting with professional development and training.  Ensures data collection techniques are executed to a required level for reporting purposes  Participate in ad hoc tasks – such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for various systems and their requirements  Adhere to bank policy and procedures at all times  Other duties as directed. Job Skills and Knowledge:  Financial banking products in particular Lending, Deposits and cards  Code of Banking Practice, AML and other regulatory issues in AU  Working experience with Retail back office systems  MS Office products Desirable:  Experience with multiple systems  Preferred finance or admin related background Development Value: – Senior and Team Leader role within the team is possible for internal progression – Exposure is given to most areas of the bank for career progression Desirable: Tertiary qualification is highly regarded
