Reporting to the Manager Performance, Reward & Metrics, you will coordinate the annual remuneration and performance review processes, taking a lead role in data management. Working collaboratively with others, you will ensure data integrity of employee records and remunerations tools including the production of monthly metrics and validation of market data.

You will support the design, development and implementation of HR strategies related to performance, rewards and metrics. Through this process there will be the opportunity to work on key projects, including the implementation of a new HRIS, and the Group’s Employee Value Proposition.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (HR or similar)
  • High attention to detail and an analytical mind,
  • A strong focus on meeting deadlines
  • Experience with performance and reward frameworks and
  • High proficiency in Excel.
