We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator who will run, administer and organise all project activities in cooperation with and under the direction of the Project Manager, aiming at the flawless execution of the project.
At least 2 years experience in project management in a related field
A graduate of Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
PMP/Prince ll application is a plus
Nature of task may require heavy lifting
With background in logistics or project coordination on site
Excellent internal communication and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organization skills, multitasking skills and keen to details
Strong working knowledge of MS office and project management tools
Experience in warehouse, labour supervision and coordination, site supervision and control is a plus
Able to work in early mornings or late nights.Capable of lifting heavy objects if required.Capable of driving trucks (6 Pallet truck)
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Procurement: Supplier negotiations, quantities definition, Process definition, Process flowcharts, Order placements, expediting, order reception, order input to the inventory and accounting system.
Technology and support: constant Intranet Update.
Project Planning: Create schedules in MS Project, Create projects in Asana, Project tracking, Project reporting, project indicators calculation.
Logistics: Plan execution and execution.
Creation and track of budget.
Inventory tracking, inventory software maintenance.
Logistics personnel coordination, and responsible for report of worked hours.
MS Project / Expert user.
