Salary Range $79K to $86K (plus 15.4% Super)
The Indigenous Land Corporation (ILC) is an independent Commonwealth statutory authority established to assist Indigenous people to achieve economic, environmental, social and cultural benefits through acquiring and managing land.
We are looking for an energetic, highly focused strategic thinker to work in a challenging, and rewarding team environment. Reporting directly to the Manager Strategic Projects the successful applicant will be required to:
Manage land acquisition and land management projects in order that project performance, budgets and reporting compliance is maintained and that outcomes are achieved in a timely manner
Develop and accurately manage contractual arrangements and maintain information and recording systems, including spreadsheet and budgeting systems
provide complete and accurate information to assist applicants and other stakeholders with ILC processes and systems
The successful candidate will have well developed conceptual and analytical skills along with a demonstrated high-level oral and written communication skill. The ability to communicate effectively with Aboriginal people and Torres Strait Islanders and a knowledge and understanding of their cultures, will be highly regarded.
Completion of a relevant tertiary qualification will be viewed favourably.
The commencing salary will be negotiable depending on your skills and experience. The successful candidate with have access to excellent working conditions.
