Programmed Facility Management is a leading provider of facility maintenance and asset management, engineering, construction and maintenance services.

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven person to join our Housing team as a Supervisor, based in Adelaide. Reporting to Operations Manager, the Supervisor is accountable for contributing to the Programmed Facility Management (PFM) profitability and growth by ensuring a high quality service outcome to our customer, Housing SA. The Supervisor plans and undertakes the scheduling and safe delivery of reactive maintenance works in conjunction with other team members to the point where works are successfully completed and invoiced. The range of responsibilities includes but not limited to:

Delivering service excellence to the contract through effective supervision and monitoring of Contractors undertaking maintenance to residential properties owned by the Housing SA

Ensuring works are delivered in a safe and timely manner.

Providing ongoing advice to customers on the works and processes required to ensure ongoing compliance.

Undertaking work inspections of customer sites and tracking compliance with contractual requirements

Key attributes the successful applicant will possess include:
Knowledge of building processes with a keen eye for safety and work quality

Strong negotiation skills to facilitate positive outcomes and when required resolve conflict

Proactive, self-motivated and highly organised approach

Experience in field maintenance environments

Team Player

Proficiency with computers
