This exciting opportunity sits within the fast paced Coordination team. This highly important role will see you be a key link between both internal and external stakeholders for the business. This role ensures that the business continues to provide a quality service to all of its customers. Your responsibilities may include but aren’t limited to:

Conversion of quotes to work orders on the SAP system

Coordinate the administrative aspects required for each job

Coordination of deliveries and stock requirements for the worksite

Ensure any changes to work schedules or materials are communicated to the correct source

Provide support to the Customer Service Officer and Field Supervisor

Run next day delivery reports and follow this up with the Field supervisor for the sites to ensure they are ready to receive the materials

Ensure that all tasks are handled within a timely manner

The Ideal candidate will have the following:
Previous experience in a fast paced and high volume environment

Highly organised

Excellent coordination and time management skills

High attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Customer focused with both internal and external stakeholders

Keen and enthusiastic approach to work.
