Initial 6 months Contract (Fixed Term)

Salary: $60,000- $80,000 (Based on experience)

Our client a leader in its field is currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join its IT team on a fixed term contract. In this role, you will be required to provide 1 st line IT support services through the Service Desk.

Responsibilities will include:
Answer and log calls made to the Service Desk.

Liaise with support groups for Incident escalation and Request fulfilment.

Reporting all incidents to the Incident Manager.

Identify reoccurring Incidents and Requests.

Communicate outages

Maintain the ServiceNow ticketing system, Service Catalogue guidelines and procedure documentation.

Essential Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a technical support role

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Excellent listening skills.

Active questioning, problem solving and negotiation skills

Ability to handle customer complaints effectively
