Leading Financial Services organisation seeks an Internal Recruitment Coordinator to work with the recruitment manager across a number of programs

Responsibilities:
Management of resource allocation, resource pool and individual record maintenance

Build relationships with stakeholders and drive processes and governance

Recruitment Agency liaison

Resource on-boarding/off-boarding including systems, building access, equipment

Facilitate the recruitment of contract labour, including briefing agencies, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, offer management

Contractor Assignment Extension/ Exit & Contractor performance management

Experience

Previous experience in a Recruiter / Recruitment Coordinator / Talent Acquisition Consultant role

Experience in Financial Services preferred

Experience in an internal role

Preference for some IT recruitment experience

Experienced in vendor management

Strong stakeholder engagement skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to prioritise task and solid planning management skills

Self-starter
