Our client a world leader in their field, currently have an opportunity for a well versed Office Manager to join its small team.
Specific areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:
Monthly payroll
Accounts payable
Accounts receivable
Bank reconciliations
Purchase Orders
Verifying contractor invoices
Banking
Receptionist Duties
Organising Training Resources
Updating company records
Maintaining electronic filing system

About You:
Must be proficient in MYOB
Experience with SharePoint would be preferred but not essential
Good computer skills across the full suite of Microsoft Office
Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal
Extremely reliable and highly organised
Excellent time management skills
Positive, can-do attitude and strong relationship-building skills
Excellent attention to detail
Previous administration and payroll/accounts experience is a necessity
