We are currently recruiting for a temporary Region and Learning Development Officer within our Sydney Southern Region in Bankstown.

NSW State Emergency Service
The Learning and Development Officer develops and implements a program of learning and development activities within the Region and performs a range of review and evaluation activities to ensure the program meets Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and the NSW SES standards.
The role trains, develops and assesses volunteers within the Region by analysing learning and development needs and preparing annual plans. The role also prepares, conducts and reviews learning activities for volunteers to build capacity in units to meet their operational roles.
