Transport for NSW is currently recruiting for a Retail Network Lead .

The Retail Network lead is accountable for the effective implementation and ongoing operational management of the Opal retail network. The position holder in conjunction with the contractor will oversee retailer selection; monitor performance, manage feedback and complaints, maintain the retail database; strategically review the network footprint and introduce solutions to optimise the retail channel to ensure that the travelling public’s needs and expectations are satisfied.

Selection Criteria

1. Demonstrated experience in the management of similar projects in a complex retail network environment managing multiple stakeholders.

2. Demonstrated ability to identify, analyse and evaluate key issues, formulate options and recommendations and develop innovative solutions to complex planning and operational matters.

3. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels.

4. Capacity to operate both independently, using initiative and self-direction, and as a team member to produce consistently high quality work.

5. Ability to use initiative and maintain a high degree of confidentiality, discretion, and judgement while maintaining a strong customer service approach.

6. Demonstrated experience working in a customer service environment.
