We have a temporary vacancy in our Willoughby office as Executive Assistant and Production Coordinator reporting to the Head of Content, Production and Development.

Being the EA and Production Coordinator in this fast paced media environment will mean no two days will be the same. The day is full of interactions with people inside and outside of the company including liaising with senior management across Nine and executives of external organisations.

Key responsibilities in the role include:

  • Providing assistance to Executives by anticipating and managing their day to day requirements;
  • Managing all administrative support functions including information exchange and diary management;
  • Arranging extensive travel and itineraries for domestic and international travel;
  • Managing emails and correspondence;
  • Maintaining systems to facilitate the prioritisation, assignment, managing and monitoring of work assigned by the Executives;
  • Assisting with production requirements of Nine productions from time to time.
  • Other duties as reasonably required.

To be successful in the role, you will need to demonstrate proven experience working at a senior level. The role requires attention to detail, confidentiality and the ability to multitask. You will be focused and enthusiastic with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Further you will be able to demonstrate how you have built and maintained strong work relationships across different levels, and worked as a team player to maintain a positive constructive environment.
