    To achieve its vision of a world where animals live free from suffering, World Animal Protection has four main campaigns to protect the one billion animals that live in communities, the 70 billion animals farmed each year, to protect and rescue animals in disaster zones and to protect wild animals by keeping them in the wild.

    The Role You will play an integral part in delivering the vision of World Animal Protection and be the custodian of keeping the supporter at the heart of the organisation. You will have accountability for maximizing supporter engagement, retention and managing the supporter care team to ensure the delivery of outstanding professional supporter care services. Specifically you will:

    • Lead the Australia and NZ supporter care team to inspire and engage supporters
    • Take overall responsibility for relevant program budgets, forecasting and expenditure
    • Monitor key performance indicators and maintain accurate reporting and analysis
    • Accountable for the transfer of data to and from call centres and other suppliers, including PCI compliance

    Skills Required Ideally you have experience in a similar role in an INGO or not for profit. Alternatively you have excellent project management skills with experience in customer service sector, ideally in a contact centre or similar environment. You have meticulous attention to detail with significant experience in:

    • Managing supporter or customer service teams
    • Developing and implementing strategy into achievable plans
    • Setting and managing relevant budgets, ensuring expenditure is kept within budget
    • Accurately using databases, ideally Raisers Edge or similar fundraising database
