Join Australia’s largest and most advanced tech project Inspire and Empower your teams to deliver Newly created roles Your role in the future: This is a newly created role where you will provide effective leadership to achieve key business objectives, in line with our nbn values. In this role, you will develop positive working relationships with Global Contact Centre (GCC) team members and both internal and external stakeholders to ensure a focus on professional outcomes. In your role as Team Leader, based within the Global Contact Centre you will be responsible for developing a high performance culture, with a focus on engagement and customer experience, coaching and developing direct reports. You will actively pursue the establishment of a culture which emphasizes the need to provide superior levels of customer service and to manage commitments made to the customer and key stakeholders. You can contribute to: Active participation in projects and key initiatives to support continuous process improvement. Lead a team in an 5-7 day inbound/outbound contact centre Monitor and accurately report on team performance daily/weekly/monthly Develop and maintain strong knowledge of nbn technologies Balance quality outcomes focused service delivery with business considerations Implement appropriate processes, ensuring business KPI’s and SLAs are achieved A bit about us: nbn is the team behind the design, build and operation of the nbn ™ network. You will have a natural leadership capability combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Being a visible engager, you will be able to build high performing and motivated teams, with the ability to inspire others. You will be a self-starter in identification and resolution of potential areas of improvement across all centre processes, with the ability to work across timely deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment.
