Collaborate with senior stakeholders and great teams 2 year fixed term role Perth Location Your role in the future: In your new role as the Land Access and Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator reporting to the State Manager you will provide administration support to the WA/SA/NT LA&SE team, as well as participate actively in establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with nbn project teams, delivery partners and external stakeholders. You can contribute to: Work collaboratively with the regional LA&SE team to ensure nbn ’s deployment and operations targets are met. Ensure compliance with nbn ’s complaints management objectives. Undertake audits to determine contractor compliance with regulatory requirements Provide input into Land Access and Stakeholder Engagement framework & strategy from a continuous learning prospective. Assist nbn delivery partners in meeting their obligations in relation to land access, stakeholder engagement, complaints management, community notifications and events Attend meetings with key internal and external stakeholders to provide input on land access and stakeholder concerns A bit about us: nbn is the team behind the design, build and operation of the nbn ™ network. A bit about you: Your resume will demonstrate experience in a similar role within a construction, infrastructure or telecommunications organisation that is involved in major projects. You will have exceptional interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and an ability to establish and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external colleagues and clients. Excellent attention to detail coupled with the ability to prioritise work autonomously will ensure you are successful in this role. You will be proficient with Microsoft Office Software – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and have a genuine interest in stakeholder issues. You will enjoy a dynamic team-based culture that comes with both challenges and rewards associated with contributing to the delivery a large infrastructure project. There would be some travel required so your flexible approach and ability to undertake some interstate travel and out of hours’ work would be ideal.
