Your role in the future: In this part-time role you will work in a small team reporting to the Fleet Manager. You will be responsible for the effective delivery of Fleet related services for nbn tool of trade and operational vehicles across Australia. You will also be required to provide support to the General Manager Facilities & Fleet and Fleet Manager as directed. You can contribute to: Assisting in completing corporate and regional audits on nbn tool of trade and operational vehicles Management of all Fleet accounts payable Vehicle Monitoring and Reporting Supporting the effective delivery and disposal of nbn vehicles Maintaining Fleet Systems Processing infringement notices in line with policy Management of e-tags and associated processes A bit about us: nbn is the team behind the design, build and operation of the nbn ™ network. A bit about you: To be successful in this role, you will have several years Fleet Management industry experience. You will also bring a strong customer service focus, excellent interpersonal skills and will be a team player. High degree of written and communication skills, experience in computerised fleet management systems and proficiency in MS office will be ideal in this role.
