About the Role

The Enablement Lead is the lead from the Construction Standards team into each of the Regions and provides training on behalf of the Construction Standards and Processes team in the deployment of systems, tools and standards.

The Enablement lead will also ensure that feedback, issues and best practise is captured from the regions and opportunities for improvement to Standards and processes are clear.

They will also ensure user adoption of processes, tools and systems and work closely with the Regions and delivery partners to improve the quality and usefulness of all deliverables.

A key focus of the role is to build strong relationships with the regional teams as this is pivotal in managing and driving standards and processes into the business and achieving acceptance from the regional teams.

The Enablement Lead will attend regional team meetings as the Construction Standards and Process team’s representative and is paramount in understanding regional office and delivery partner construction related pain points. The role is responsible for collating feedback and championing improvement initiatives to construction processes and standards and ensuring changes are understood and agreed to in advance. Important to the success of this role is understanding trends, quality issues and problems as they emerge and feedback this information to the national team.

The role will also be required to lead some localised improvement initiatives with support from the Construction Standards and Process team.

What we are looking for

To be successful in this role you will have

Previous Project/initiative Management experience in a complex environment

Detailed understanding of standards and process methodologies and how they relate to construction standards and processes.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Proven ability to collaborate with key stakeholders and apply highly developed skills to influence and lead the implementation of key changes.

Ability to share experiences and knowledge with colleagues and internal groups to build intellectual capital on key national activities

Demonstrated ability to develop implement and maintain governance frameworks that effectively manage performance and expectations at a project level.
