The Deposits and Payments marketing team in Brand and Product marketing are responsible for the product marketing plans and one-to-many communications to business and personal customers about their ‘core banking’ products and services (Inc. transaction accounts, savings accounts, traveler cards, merchant facilities & commercial cards – just to name a few).

We cover a broad spectrum of customer segments, from an AFL Auskicker getting their first bank account right through to a business setting up their essential banking. Our world is constantly evolving and we are kept on our toes with new digital payments disruptors entering the market.

The Consumer Campaign Consultant for Deposits & Payments marketing is responsible for the delivery and implementation of integrated consumer marketing campaigns (inc. digital) that contribute to the achievements of product marketing targets.

Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the execution of product marketing campaigns to drive consideration and sales of: Consumer everyday banking, iSaver, Taveller Card & Mobile Payments.
  • Manage the production of all campaign elements, ensuring appropriate sign off from relevant parties including product, brand, legal and compliance sign-off.
  • Support the channel management process, inclusive of activities such as internal communications, capacity planning and training devices.
  • Track campaign progress, continually optimise and refine (as nec) and report performance across lead indicators on a weekly basis.

To be successful in this role you will possess a tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a related discipline, ideally with proven experience in marketing and campaign management in Financial Services or a related industry. You will have excellent communication, written and verbal skills. You will be experienced working on digital marketing campaigns, understand the channel management process and experience in managing budgets would be beneficial to your success in this role.
