We service every laneway, road and street of Melbourne incorporating the Mornington Peninsula and down the coast to Geelong on a daily basis but really enjoy getting out on the open roads assisting with our customer’s sea change to rural Victoria and even conduct regular trips to Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane.

About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Team Leader to effectively manage the day to day operations of My Moovers tele sales team. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring the team to ensure all staff achieve business targets and goals. Your experience in a contact centre environment and passion for leading people will be highly regarded.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing the team to meet and exceed targets
  • Proactively coaching and mentor individuals
  • Analyse results and reporting to improve performance
  • Contribute to development & strategy
  • Continuous process improvement
  • Business Acumen
  • Monitor & manage calls

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience working as a Sales Team Leader within a contact centre environment
  • Highly developed organisational skills and effective problem solving skills
  • Sound judgement and decision making ability
  • Strong leadership and management skills, coaching and mentoring
  • Well-developed analytical skills – ability the analyse data and identify trends
  • A strong commitment to staff development
