    We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join our Sydney based team on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. As the successful candidate in the role, you will be required to provide high level executive support to one regional executive, and also three construction managers’ within the business. It’s worth also noting that you will join an experienced team which fully understands the importance of a collaborative, focused and results driven working environment.

    Key Accountabilities:

    • PA to Regional Executive – Operations, and Construction Managers of the NSW business
    • General admin assistance to the Operations/Safety team
    • Extensive diary management
    • Coordinate and manage logistics for internal and external meetings, teleconferences and video conferences
    • Coordination of complex travel arrangements (domestic and international)
    • Coordinate approvals and payments for invoices on IFS software
    • Preparation of documentation, correspondence, reports, business plans and presentations
    • Ensure briefing documents are provided to Directors in advance of meetings
    • Strong collaboration role, sharing duties and multitasking with PA colleagues
    • Handling confidential information in line with the Brookfield Code of Conduct
    • Printing, binding, photocopying, filing and archiving of company documentation

    Key Skillset Required:

    • Solid experience working as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
    • Extensive knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
    • Strong administrative, planning and organization skills and a high attention to detail
    • Proven ability in working under pressure and meeting set deadlines
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Exposure to working within a construction / design / engineering environment is preferred
