This is a highly rewarding but challenging role located in Mount Waverley within the busy Inner Urban.
Reporting to the Area Building Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer expectations by ensuring clients are fully aware of the status of their home during the building process;
  • Providing the necessary communication link between Metricon customers and site personnel to ensure feedback and resolution;
  • Maintaining data entry and report compilation;
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services and processes in order to deal confidently with customers; and
  • General Reception and Maintenance duties.

    The successful candidate will have:
  • Customer support experience within a fast paced environment.
  • Experience within the building and construction industry is highly regarded, however not essential as full training will be provided;
  • The ability to multi-task and set priorities;
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook computer skills and exposure working with database systems.
